Yes, we do our best to take the hassle out of the purchasing process and are available every step of the way to make this a headache free transaction.
How long does it take for an item to be shipped to me?
Generally, items are shipped within 24 hours. Shipping time will vary with custom framing, etc. Shipping times may vary for lots purchased in auction. Please let us know if you need expedited shipping for any lots you have won in auction.
Do you offer framing?
Yes we offer framing for any items that are not already framed. We have more than 1,000 different moldings available. Contact us for more information about your specific needs. As we frame works in house our framing charges are substantially lower than what you would have to pay a retail frame shop.
How do I know the items you are selling are what you say they are?
Please review our unlimited five year guarantee regarding authenticity. We will always explain any part of a purchase you have questions about and make sure you feel comfortable with what you are purchasing prior to your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via check, money order, Paypal, wire transfer, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Purchases paid for by personal check are held for six working days prior to being shipped. a 20% restocking fee applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by KCM Galleries to defray our costs involved in handling the transaction.
We publish a private offer list. Please contact us to let us know that you would like to receive this list. Also, contact us if there is a specific work you are looking to acquire outside of an auction.

How does the level of discretion in a private sale differ from that of an auction?
We never disclose the identity of a buyer unless it is in the express wish of the client to publicize their identity. All aspects of a private sale are kept in the strictest confidence.
How quickly could you identify property that closely matches my specifications?
We will do out utmost to quickly locate the item (or items) that best meets your needs, but depending on the rarity and uniqueness of the object, the timing may vary. Our specialists will continue to identify possible private sale opportunities until your requirements have been met.
How do I pay for my purchase?
As soon as the sale has been processed, the Post-Sale Service team will send you an invoice and a shipping quote based on your shipping preferences. You can pay by bank transfer, all major credit cards, check or cash (subject to certain restrictions and legal limits). Payment must be sent from the invoiced party and not from a third party. We will also assist you through the paperwork and shipping process, and other logistical details needed to finalize your purchase.
